Description
This course introduces students to e-mail and the World Wide Web, including the selection and cost of Internet providers. Students use live, high-speed Internet connections and the Internet Explorer browser to navigate. Instruction will cover how to send and receive e-mails with attachments, organize address books, and how to find information on the Internet using search engines and directories, and bookmarks.
Instructor: Harold Worth
Harold's experience includes 17 years government service
(Department of Commerce) providing software support and repair
services. He volunteered with SeniorTech in November 2004. His
business "PCs-by Worth" was established in June 2004 and provides
PC and server support to homes and small businesses.
